![]() ![]() I know I said I met good people here, but there's no friendship formed in two months that can rival those that you've had for years. But these last few weeks feel just like finals week does back in Chestnut Hill, only without the company of good friends. I have been ready to go home since early December, if not earlier. ![]() A lot of the BC girls say they don't ever want to go home, or that they aren't ready yet. I would do it again in a heartbeat.Įveryone's experience abroad is different, though. This semester was awesome, and the experience of a lifetime. I left some more for the next time I get to Europe, though. I got a lot done: Rome, Paris, Geneva, London, Granada, Sitges, Montserrat, Tarragona. I think, unless you're going to the London School of Economics or Oxford or something, the main priority when you go abroad is travel. I didn't mind not having much day-to-day work, either. From BC kids and other US students to Spanish kids and faculty, the people at UPF really deserve praise for their character. ![]() I've met great people here, and I hope to continue my relationships with many of them. Bear with me, and keep in mind that I'm trying to wax emotional for all you saps back home reading this. I'm not sure I'll have time for a nice wrap-up report before I ship back home, so I'm going with the stream-of-consciousness approach here. ![]() I have two more essays and two more finals, for two classes. ![]()
